Terms of Service — InsightBridge

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InsightBridge website (the "Site"), submitting an early access request, or applying as a partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About InsightBridge

InsightBridge is a sustainability intelligence platform that connects organizations with vetted service providers. The Site is currently pre-launch. Descriptions of features, scoring, matching, and pricing (including any "free" or promotional tier) are forward-looking and may change without notice prior to general availability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent when submitting information through the Site.

4. Early Access & Partner Applications

Submission of an early access request or partner application does not create any obligation on InsightBridge to provide services, matches, or admission to any program. All acceptance decisions, vetting, and partner curation are made at InsightBridge's sole discretion.

5. Matchmaking Role

InsightBridge acts as an introducer between organizations and third-party service providers. We do not deliver the underlying services and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality, pricing, or outcomes of any third-party provider.

6. InsightScore & Content

The InsightScore, initiative taxonomy, methodologies, brand, and all Site content are proprietary to InsightBridge and are provided for informational purposes. Scores and recommendations do not constitute financial, legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.

7. Your Submissions

By submitting information, you grant InsightBridge a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that information to evaluate your request, facilitate matches, and improve our services. You represent that your submissions are accurate and that you have the right to share them.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Site, including submitting false information, attempting to access non-public areas, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Site's operation.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsightBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content or match.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
